Allocation¶

When an applicant submit their profile, it will be allocated to one of your teams. VettingGateway supports multiple ways of achieving this, and you're able to customise the allocation process to suit the needs of your organisation.

Auto balance allocation¶

Automatic balancing of profile allocation means profiles will be assigned to your teams dependant on their current workload. VettingGateway will spread the profiles across teams evenly.

To active this setting, toggle the 'Auto Balance Allocation' switch to 'On' and then click 'Save allocation settings'.

Team allocation¶

You can assign individual profiles to specific teams, or you can assign a team to a Bundle, meaning that all profiles using that Bundle will be assigned to the relevant team.
