Extended Data Storage Plan

This storage plan can be purchased by our Enterprise annual subscription users. Please note that the extended data storage plan only affects data collected after the plan has taken effect.

Our extended data storage plan is an add-on that can be purchased through manage subscriptions. The new profiles that have been submitted to your organisation after purchase is stored for 5 years before deletion once the subscription has been paid. However, invite data will continue to only be stored for 1 year.

If you do not have the extended data storage plan all your profile data and invitations will be held for 1 year before deletion. We will provide notifications for you to save any data before deletion.

To view the deletion dates, you can ether view the key dates section in a specific applicant profile or as an admin user go to the data management page in the settings to view a full report. This will detail the users, data held since date, deletion dates and vetting report status / vetting report download if available.
