Additional Checks

An additional check is an extra action you must take to complete the profile, for example you may need to perform a credit check on the applicant.

Additional checks are usually defined when inviting the applicant, this may be through a package bundle check, or through a custom check.

Additional checks are considered complete once their status is changed to 'Completed'.

Uploading results

Once you've obtained the result of a check you'll need to upload it. Upon changing the status to 'Completed', a supporting evidence field will be shown.

To upload the document click into the field and locate the file on your device, before clicking 'Save Changes'.

Note

The file must be of PDF format.

Viewing results

Click the 'Results' button beside a check and a pop-up window containing the uploaded evidence will display.

Tracking activity

Every change to checks are tracked by VettingGateway, which you can view by clicking the activity icon. For example, you can see when details were updated or when a status was changed.

Mark as not needed

When a check is no longer required to complete the profile you may mark it as 'Not Needed'. This signals to VettingGateway the check can be ignored.

To perform this action click the 'Mark as Not Needed' button on the dropdown menu.

Change status

Click the 'Change Status' button and a pop-up window will show containing the statuses form.

Select the checks new status from the dropdown list and then press 'Save Changes'.
