AiportGateway Integration¶
VettingGateway allows you to send an applicant's data straight into AirportGateway. This integration creates an application AirportGateway using your applicant's data and documents that have been uploaded to their VettingGateway profile.
Enabling AirportGateway integration¶
Within the Admin > AirportGateway settings page, you will be able to view your connection status. In order to get set up, please follow the below steps:
- Log in to your AirportGateway account from our login page
- On VettingGateway, click the 'Get your AirportGateway API Key' button, where you will be taken to the API (Application Programing Interface) Management page.
- Click 'New API Key', and copy the new key that has been generated for you
- Navigate back to VettingGateway > Admin > AirportGateway and enter this API key
- Click 'Save Settings', and the API key will now be saved to your account.
- Toggle the Connection Status' button to 'On' and click 'Save Settings'
- You are now connected AirportGateway - applications can be manually sent from a profile
Disabling the integration¶
To turn off the integration, within the AirportGateway settings page under the heading 'Connection Status', toggle the switch marked 'Connected to AirportGateway' to grey.
Sending via Profile¶
At anytime you may click the 'Send to AirportGateway' button under the 'Actions' dropdown menu at the top of a profile.
You will need to select the airport that you wish to transfer the profile to.
Now click 'Send' and this will trigger a new application to be created on AirportGateway. You'll be taken back to the profile where you'll see a 'View on AirportGateway' button within the integrations panel. Clicking this button will open the application on AirportGateway.
Note
The applicants information will be sent to AirportGateway at the time you create the application. Updates to the applicant data within VettingGateway afterwards won't update AirportGateway.
Sending via Criteria Check¶
For profiles whose linked workflow contains a criteria check, you'll be able to create a new application during it's criteria check.
On the left hand menu of the page you'll see an 'AirportGateway' entry, where you may enter the required information as explained above.
Upon completing the profile the new application will be created and once finished you'll see a link to it within the integrations panel of the profile page.
