Navigating VettingGateway

Dashboard Overview

When you log in to VettingGateway you will see your dashboard which will look similar to the one below. From your dashboard you can access all areas of VettingGateway.


(1) Side menu - Use the side menu as the primary way to navigate around VettingGateway. It will allow you to access other pages within the platform.

(2) Numbers at a glace - These panels allow you to see your organisations workload. Clicking on any of these panels will take you to the relevant page on VettingGateway.

(3) Recent profile checks - This allows you to see the most recently updated profiles and their basic information, including a progress bar showing the completion status of an application. Clicking 'View all profiles' will take you to the Profiles section of VettingGateway.

(4) Outstanding tasks - This menu displays all current tasks that need to be actioned or responded to, and which profile the task is relating to. Clicking 'View all tasks' will take you to the Tasks section of VettingGateway.

(5) Search bar - This allows you to quickly search for an applicant via their name or email address. Please click here for more information on how to find your applicant.

(6) New Check - Clicking 'New Check' will take you to the start of the applicant invitation process.

(7) Read our Userguides/Ask a Suppport Question/Manage your Account - These icons will allow you access to view our knowledgebase and user documentation, raise a query with our Support team, or manage your account settings.

Managing your account


(1) Contact Details - Update your personal details such as; first name, last name, phone number, and job title.

(2) Localisation - Set your localisation preferences by choosing your preferred language and timezone, as well as the date and time format used throughout VettingGateway.

(3) Marketing - Opt in or out of our marketing material and update information.
