While we strive to make VettingGateway as easy to use as possible, sometimes things happen that may require assistance from the VettingGateway Support team.

Raising a Support enquiry

To raise an enquiry with the VettingGateway support team, please follow the below steps:

  • Click the question mark icon in the top right of VettingGateway and select 'Ask a question'.

  • Click 'New Support enquiry'.

  • Enter the details of your enquiry, and then click 'Raise support enquiry'.

How to check on any existing enquiries

The Support centre can be found by going to the question mark icon in the top right of VettingGateway and clicking 'Ask a question'.


Here you can see all of the enquiries you have raised with us, along with key information such as when an enquiry was last updated, and the status it is currently in.
