Submitting your Profile¶

Before we can start work on your profile, we need you to consent to our background checks. On this page you'll be shown a statement, which you'll need to read thoroughly and then approve.

Giving your consent¶

Under the heading 'Please enter your name and sign using your finger, mouse or track pad in the box below'. type your full name into the field.

Underneath the field where you entered your full name is a signature box with a light grey border. Draw your signature inside this box by holding down your left mouse key. For touch screen devices you may draw the signature with your finger. Alternatively, you may use a track pad.

If you make a mistake drawing your signature, you may click the 'Clear signature' button to clear the drawing and start again.

Once you've filled in your name and drawn your signature, please click the 'Submit my profile and start my checks' to give constent and complete your profile.
